Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are free from makeup or sweat marks.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
